Print-On-Demand Items
We have partnered up with a merchandise printing and fulfillment company based in the United States to bring you a greater variety of merchandise. Though our costs are a little higher, it means we can offer you more products and more options to choose from. We hope you enjoy this service!
Print-On-Demand items are all items in our store with a white background. All other items have limited stocks and are fulfilled from Singapore. If you order a mix of both Print-On-Demand items and stock items, you may receive your order in different packages.
It usually takes 2-7 business days for your Print-On-Demand item to be made and shipped out. After that, it might take 1-20 business days depending on your selected shipping method.

Fulfillment location is automatically detected on checkout and you will be presented with only the options which relate to your order.
Please take note of these shipping options carefully, note if they do not offer tracking, and compare the prices before making your choice.
Also note that depending on carriers, tracking is sometimes only available until it reaches its destination country; once the item has been accepted at the border, it doesn’t tell you exactly where it is in the country.
Address formatting
Please ensure your address is written correctly and properly formatted. A wrongly formatted address may result in your item not being able to reach you. This is beyond our control, so please do your part to avoid such unwanted issues!
Customs fees
Do take note that orders above a certain amount may incur customs fees. The amount to be paid depends entirely on the destination country and their laws. Please be aware of your country’s customs laws and if you may be charged fees, especially above a certain order amount.
Payment
The currency used is United States (US) Dollars ($). You should be able to pay in another currency, but note that your bank’s conversion charges may apply.
Unfortunately we only accept bank transfer and credit card payments on our website for the moment. There may be an opportunity to make purchases in cash at ad-hoc events, which are announced on this website, but you will need to reserve the item (more info on that below).
Once you have made a bank transfer, we should be able to verify it with you within a day. If you do not receive a verification with us, do check if your transfer went through.
Don’t worry, we got you. Make sure after you type in the UEN, you press enter. A name will appear for you to click on before you make the payment.
Shipping & Returns
Orders are generally shipped out every Wednesday. If there might be a delay, we will inform you about it.
We ship out by Singpost. According to their website, it states:
(For deliveries within Singapore)
By normal mail: 3-5 working days
By registered mail: 2 working days
For overseas deliveries, shipping may take 4-12 business days. If you opt for registered mail, you would be able to track the status of your delivery.
Items shipped out as registered mail will be covered by Singpost up to $68 Singapore dollars per article. There is no coverage on items shipped out as normal mail.
Each item is QC-ed before shipping out, so damages would typically only arise from mishandling during shipping. Nevertheless, if you received an item and it was damaged, do email us with photo evidence within 14 days of receiving the item and we will handle it separately.
Orders
Sure you can! Just make a purchase on the web store and select payment by bank transfer. You can write in the order notes if you would like to pick up the item at an upcoming show and pay cash, or when you think you might be able to pay. Reserved items are held for two weeks before the order is voided.
We will update on the product page when the item is back in stock (if applicable). Do check back for updates!
